Disconnection from our bodies, others and the planet is the root cause for the discomfort and disease we experience. When your relationship with your body and SELF is established and driven from within, from that place of knowing and unconditionality, then this serves as the safe platform for your healthy and courageous expression. Instead of being dependent and externally reinforced by others and the boxes you tick, by learning how to feel and listen to the under-utilised guidance system of your body, you can regain freedom and discover what authentic empowered living is all about.


You see... the most important relationship you will ever have is the relationship with yourself. Your body is the home for your spirit and soul and the gateway you have chosen to express yourself and create through. Unfortunately you have been homeless most of your life, living outside yourself not knowing how to use your body and all the resources available for you efficiently. When you are disconnected from your body and feeling, your navigation system is compromised and the ability to discern and choose those things that aligned with your greatest good is greatly impaired. It's like you have been driving your car blind folded. It is scary, uncomfortable and painful as you keep crashing and bumping into things. Ouch!


The first step towards health, happiness and a thriving life is connection to your body. It starts with INbodyment which means living fully connected to your body right here and right now. Your body is the safety net you need for every activity and relationship you chose to pursue. It is the doorway towards knowing who you really are and where all the answers you seek can be found. It is where freedom, power, courage, creativity, fun and joy reside and it is through the body that you can master and lead yourself towards anything and everything you desire.

The B.Me INbodyment Journey – A Return to Self Through Body & Nature

To help facilitate the alignment required for your healing, transformation, and evolution, I have created a seven-week journey into INbodyment. Why INbodyment? Because being in your body, fully connected to it and knowing how to work in partnership with it is foundational to everything you think, do, and are. Through this journey, you will receive the knowledge, tools, and practices needed to restore that connection and experience your SELF as you truly are. From this place, you can begin to lead yourself authentically, confidently, and powerfully.


To remember who you are, awareness and understanding of your body is the first step toward discernment, healing, and self-mastery and throughout our 7 weeks i will explain all the ins and out you need to know about your body. The second step is consistent focus and conscious choice, followed, of course, by intentional practice, which means it's your time to shine and gather that precious knowing. You need both knowledge and knowing to be a full fledged connected and empowered human, and trust yourself. This program is designed to support you through each of these essential phases.


This journey is offered in a small, intimate group setting, held outdoors and immersed in nature. Each week, we explore specific areas of the body and their physical, emotional, mental, and energetic significance. Through a combination of education, experiential practices, and group connection, you will deepen your relationship with your body and enhance your capacity to feel, respond, know and heal from within.


Each session is hosted in a different natural location, carefully chosen to support the theme of the week. We walk together, listen deeply, and pause in places that invite insight, reflection, and connection. Nature is not just our backdrop, it is an active participant in this journey, mirroring the rhythms, wisdom, and spaciousness we seek within ourselves.



You can expect a blend of structured teaching and intuitive experiential practice. Modalities may include meditation, movement, dance, breath work, chanting, vocal expression, sound healing, somatic exploration, gentle touch, sensory awareness, and nature-based ritual. These approaches are designed to engage all aspects of your being—physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual—allowing for a truly holistic experience of your whole self.

This journey is held in a safe, grounded, and nurturing space, facilitated by Anca Vereen, an experienced somatic psychotherapist, sound therapist, breath coach, integrative dietitian, and channel. The group is intentionally limited to seven participants, who are carefully selected to ensure a cohesive, supportive, and resonant group dynamic.

We meet each Saturday or Sunday morning in a location that will be announced in advance. Sessions are spacious and can last up to four hours or longer, depending on the flow and depth of the process. Being in nature supports nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and a sense of embodied presence. Flexibility, patience, and openness are key, as this work unfolds in its own organic timing.

Please bring water, nourishing snacks, a light lunch, and your most comfortable walking shoes. Come prepared to meet yourself fully—to walk, feel, listen, move, and breathe your way into deeper connection with your body, your truth, and your life.

Weekly Overview

Week 1
We begin by exploring a full-body overview, focusing on the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic systems that govern your experience. You will learn how to relate to your body with greater respect, clarity, and compassion. This foundational understanding is essential for the work to come.

Week 2
We bring awareness to the feet and knees as the grounding points for your expression and experience. You will explore the art of walking with presence, finding your center, and establishing physical and energetic boundaries. This week supports safety, stability, and connection to the earth.

Week 3
We move into the hips and pelvis, exploring how these areas relate to creativity, sensuality, and a sense of internal safety. We will work with breath, sound, and gentle somatic release to connect with the womb space and awaken feminine energy, flow, and expression.

Week 4
This week focuses on the spine and nervous system, along with the heart. You will learn and practice both sympathetic and parasympathetic regulation techniques, helping your body shift more easily into states of rest, presence, and connection. We deepen into the heart space to build trust and coherence.

Week 5
We explore the arms and hands, often overused yet underacknowledged, as extensions of the heart and tools of action. This week enhances your capacity to receive, create, and express, reconnecting the upper body with your spine, brain, and heart.

Week 6
We awaken and liberate the voice, your most powerful healing tool. This week supports you in speaking your truth, expressing your needs, and discovering the resonance between your voice, heart, and body. Vocal practices will be both playful and profound.

Week 7
We conclude by integrating the head and brain with the rest of the body. This full-body alignment supports flow, coherence, and embodiment of your new awareness. From this place, you are more resourced to live, love, and lead with clarity, depth, and authenticity.

This is not a course. This is a transformative experience. It is an invitation to feel, to remember, and to return to the truth of who you are. You will leave this journey more connected, more empowered, and more able to walk through life with confidence, presence, and grace.

What to Expect on Your Inbodyment Journey

Before we begin we will have a gentle preassessment conversation. This is to ensure you feel clear about what the process involves and that the format and rhythm of the program are aligned with your needs and intentions.

Once you are ready to begin I will send you a personalised questionnaire to explore your medical lifestyle and social history. This helps me understand your background and current challenges so I can prepare tailored recommendations such as nutritional guidance supplement support and lifestyle practices to address your specific concerns and support your overall wellbeing.

Over our seven weeks together you will receive ongoing individualised support and attention. This ensures that the strategies we explore truly work for you and can evolve into a long lasting sustainable self care lifestyle.

Each week most likely on Saturday mornings we will meet out in nature. We will walk together listen and be guided by the environment around us. These sessions are spacious and intuitive. We will pause in places that invite deeper connection and insight places that offer you the wisdom needed for your healing empowerment and growth.

You will not only reconnect with nature but also with yourself and others in a way that is grounded real and deeply nourishing. This is more than learning it is a felt experience of what true connection means. It is an embodied remembering of your essence.

Through this process a deeper more authentic and empowered version of you will emerge one that can support every area of your life. You are the main actor on the stage of your own life. When you learn to think and feel at the same time and know the difference between your Self your body your response and your reaction your life becomes a creative canvas.

And from there the choice becomes truly yours.
