Did you know that every organ, tissue and cell in your body is in constant communication, working together to create balance, health and wellbeing? 1:1 Integrative Sessions

Blending somatic therapy, deep brain processing, nutrition, sound and energy healing, these sessions are tailored to meet all parts of you. Available in person or online.


If you’re carrying the weight of loneliness, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, insomnia, trauma (childhood, medical, or sexual), addictions or eating disorders, grief, shame and anger you’re not alone.


Healing doesn’t have to mean reliving every detail. Instead, we gently guide a body-based process by using foods, supplements and lifestyle strategies to balance the deficiencies and imbalances that always accompany poor mental health. This is complimented by gentle somatic and sound therapies to rebuild safety and provide the needed release, realignment and integration. 


Pain, hurt, and trauma live in the body, and that’s where true healing begins. When we work with the body as an ally, we access the root cause, allowing for deep, lasting change that goes beyond surface-level solutions.

Why working with the whole is key for lasting health and wellbeing

The root cause of poor mental health and disease is multifactorial.  Your genetics, lifestyle choices like sleep, diet, posture, breathing and movement patterns, social support and relationships, and the environment you live in  are just some of that factors that directly impact your wellbeing. Unfortunately our entire society including health care system is disconnected and is addressing health and YOU only in parts. Talk therapy is no different. While beneficial short term, it doesn't addresses the chemical, neurological and lifestyle imbalances that accompany our dysregulated emotional states and disempowering believes. Further most therapies don't address the number 1 factor impacting your health. What that is you may ask? It is your identity.


Most people think they are the body or the mind. They mistakenly identity with the tendencies and survival patterns of their body, their behaviours, believes and stories without realising that they have a body to feel and a mind to create through. Think about it this way. You have been given a horse to ride and experience life through. Unfortunately because you forgot who you are and were told otherwise, you now think you are the horse instead of training the horse to take directions from you. Which means your horse is running wild and is controlling you. Without your conscious control and direction, your horse or body is taking you on all kinds of unwanted journeys which often result in pain, disease and suffering.


The body and the mind are your tools of expression and experience, NOT YOU. This important distinction can help create distance between YOU and the body and reduce the shame that accompanies our world wide belief that we are not good enough. Shame is the core emotion that stops you from connecting and looking after your body... because let's face it... we don't look after things are feel ashamed of.


Who are You then? You are SPIRIT - You are HERE- Your are NOW- You are FOREVER  and here to experience yourself through a new lens. And together as you learn to know, work and partner with your body, you can regain your knowing, freedom and power. This way knowing who you are and feeling connected to your body you can recreate freely a life that is worthy of YOU.
